From Brown’s Everblooming Iris Garden catalog, 1963: Summer Date - $25.00 - S. deep Yellow- Closed F. - Slight Flare - Same color. Heavy substance. Reblooms early August untiI frost. Stalk 36 inches, 4 branches, 10 buds. Named in 1960. Sets seed easily. 3 years record. Increase slow. Parentage: (Double Date X (Autumn Twilight X Fall Primrose).
