'Rowden Empress' ( John and Galen Carter,, R. 2002) JI (3 falls), 30" (76 cm), Midseason bloom. Standards pale sugar pink, small; style arms violet, fading to white at edge and tip; Falls translucent white, darker veining ocasionally blue, small greenish primrose signal, flaring. Parentage unknown. Rowden 2007.
