'Alphaspu' ( B. Charles Jenkins, R. 1992). Seedling #B1-9A. SPU, height 34" (86 cm). Very early bloom. Ruffled bright yellow self. Parentage: 'Ada Perry' X seedling #SP85A: ( 'Dawn Candle' x unknown). Shepard Iris 1992. Honorable Mention 1995; Award of Merit 1997.
