'Norma Santillan' (Tom Craig, R. 1966). Seedling 66 V 1. BB, 18" (46 cm). Early midseason bloom. Color Class-V1F, Cattleya to Chinese violet self; blue satin sheen on Falls; pronounced blue beard. Unknown (probably 'Savage'- 'Molten' line x Van Turbergen regeliabred). Craig 1966.

Registered as a Border Bearded: 'Norma Santillan', but is considered an Arilbred.

NOTE: This iris has not been accepted as an arilbred by the Aril Society International because it does not exhibit the aril characteristics necessary for ASI acceptance.
