'Fuscisanguinea' (
John Kunkel Small, R. 1931, Southern Louisiana). Vinic; Color Class-R9L; Standards pink, faintly flushed lilac-blue, purplish near center becoming brownish-purple below and pale orange wings at base. Externally silvery pink and orange. Falls spreading, the claw flushed purple-brown, greenish-yellow midrib and orange margined wings, blade rich purplish-red becoming brownish around the yellow crest with brownish-purple veinings. Style branches orange-rose, wings old rose near tip, cream margined; Bot. Int. Irid. Pl, Gulf States 349 N.Y. 1931. [Collected Louisiana Iris].
